Simple and genuine products

Everything that we offer to our guests is produced following the ancient tradition of the economy and sheep pen where everything was done only for family consumption or small communities. The products are simple and wholesome packaged and prepared exclusively for guests staying in the rooms.

We raise pigs for the production of tasty sausages and roast pork.
We cultivate the garden, all the vegetables are harvested in a day consumed fresh or preserved in oil.

The orchard offers us watermelons, melons, cherries, oranges, plums ... For the preparation of jams for breakfast.

The breeding of cattle, chickens and more mean that in the pantry there is everything you need to bring all the flavors of Gallura.
